PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Dioctyl Sebacate(DOS) is used as a plasticizer for PVC, nitrocelluloses, styrene resins, and synthetic rubbers where low temperature performance is required. DOS is also compliant with FDA CFR 21 for food contact materials. Dioctyl Sebacate can also be used in lubricants to allow more mobility at lower temperatures. DOS can be used as anti-frosting cable, artificial leather, outdoor cable, PVC linoleum, resins and synthetic rubbers. Dioctyl Sebacate provides a silky feel and spreads easily. Because of this, Dioctyl Sebacate finds use in the personal care industry and is found in deodorants and antiperspirants, makeup, skin conditioners, lotions, and sunscreens.

DOS is an excellent cold-resistant plasticizing agent. With high plasticizing efficiency and low volatility. It has excellent
cold resistance,good heat resistance,light resistance and electric insulativity, it is suitable for producing various kinds
of resins such as polyvinyl chloride(PVC),vinyl chloride copolymer, nitrocellulose, ethyl cellulose,synthetic rubber,etc..
This product is especially suitable for making cold-resistant wires and cables, artificial leather,thin films,planks, sheets
and so on. It is often used together with phthalic acid ester plasticizing agent. As a plasticizing agent for synthetic
rubber with low-temperature resistance, it has no effect on the vulcanization of rubber
